These guidelines exist to keep the Panorama community platform respectful, useful, and trustworthy for all residents. They apply to all content and interactions on the platform.

Our Principles

Panorama Towers is a private community. The standards here reflect the kind of neighbor-to-neighbor respect we expect in the building itself. This platform exists because residents wanted it — and it stays valuable because residents maintain it.

Respect & Conduct

Every interaction on this platform is with a neighbor. Treat others accordingly.

  • Be respectful in all interactions — disagreements happen, but personal attacks do not
  • Do not harass, threaten, or intimidate other residents
  • Do not post content that is discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
  • Constructive criticism is welcome; targeted hostility is not
  • If you have a dispute with a neighbor, handle it privately or through appropriate channels

Listings & Services

The marketplace and services directory are for genuine resident-to-resident exchange.

  • Keep listings and service descriptions accurate and honest
  • Do not post items or services you cannot actually provide
  • Pricing should be fair and clearly stated
  • Do not use the marketplace for commercial solicitation outside the designated services area
  • Wanted posts should be genuine requests, not fishing for contact information

Reviews

Reviews are a trust mechanism for the community. They must be genuine.

  • Reviews must be based on real, personal experiences
  • Do not post fake positive reviews for yourself or others
  • Do not post retaliatory or malicious reviews
  • Reviews are from verified residents only — no anonymous reviews
  • Providers do not reply to reviews on this platform

Privacy

Resident privacy is a core value of this platform.

  • Do not share other residents' contact information without their explicit consent
  • Do not post photos of other residents without their consent
  • Do not share private conversations or messages publicly
  • Respect residents who choose to limit their profile visibility
  • Do not attempt to identify or expose anonymous or private residents

Conversations

The conversations section is for community discussion — questions, recommendations, alerts, and shared interests.

  • Stay on topic within threads
  • Do not post spam, promotional content, or off-topic solicitation
  • Political and divisive content should be handled with care — this is a community space, not a debate forum
  • Alerts should be genuine and relevant to the community
  • Do not post content that could create unnecessary alarm or panic

Moderation

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform. Moderation decisions are made by the platform team, not building management. Reports are reviewed confidentially.

Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the report function on any post, listing, or profile. Reports are confidential and reviewed by the platform team. Do not attempt to moderate content yourself — use the report function.

Changes

These guidelines may be updated as the community grows and evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to verified residents. The spirit of these guidelines — respect, honesty, and privacy — will not change.
